1 Definitions & Introduction

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Keji Taim:

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. The payment method used for deposits must match the one used for withdrawals. Keji Taim reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transaction.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Keji Taim reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the deposited amount.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the affected round may be cancelled.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Keji Taim. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to compromise or undermine the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using an account to gather competitive intelligence.

7 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Keji Taim may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• When a member submits a self-exclusion request.
• By court order or at the request of law enforcement authorities.

You may close your account at any time. Simply withdraw your available balance first, then submit a closure request. A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts.

8 Limitation of Liability

Keji Taim is not liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is affected by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If someone else uses your account and causes loss — account security is your responsibility.

Keji Taim's maximum liability for any single transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. Keji Taim is not liable for special damages, indirect losses, or lost profits.
